An aerial view provides so much when it comes to persuading a potential buyer to a property.  When the buyer can see the entire property as well as the surrounding landscape and environment around the property, they can get a much better idea of the area as a whole.

Still shots just do not provide this information because of their limited scope.  A still shot might show you a particular feature of a property, but it cannot provide context in terms of where that picture is situated on the property and how the abundance of features around the property look together.  Take the example of a pool.  If a pool is on a property, it is often displayed on current real estate sites in the form of a still shot of some water.  What the viewer doesn’t see from that photo is the size of the pool, the features around it, where it is situated on the property, and how it is woven with the rest of the landscape.

With an aerial video, questions like those posed above can be answered in a visual way.  Now, the viewer, wondering if he can see the pool from his back patio, can see the answer in the video.
